Will gained his MRICS accreditation at Savills Commercial before joining the Southern European acquisitions team at Europa Capital, a pan-European private equity real estate manager. In 2010, he joined the acquisitions team at AEW Europe, where — working as a Director — he originated and executed over 18 deals totalling €700m across Europe in the retail, residential, logistics and office sectors.
In 2023, Will became Investment Manager at Picture Property Developments LLP, overseeing strategy, acquisitions, planning, construction, and investor reporting to maximise project performance and returns. His pan-European experience and institutional deal-making background bring rigorous financial discipline and market perspective to the firm's growing portfolio.
