Mahmoud is the Investor Relations Designated Member of Picture Property Developments LLP, where he leads investor engagement and strategic communications across the firm's real estate platform. He bridges communication between leadership and the investment community, ensuring clear, timely, and transparent disclosure of financial performance, strategy, and risk — while cultivating long-term investor relationships aligned with growth objectives.
With over two decades of experience in real estate development across Build-to-Sell (BTS) and Build-to-Rent (BTR) projects, Mahmoud has played a key role in delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use assets. His development experience spans BTR multi-family, mixed-use commercial and BTS multi-family, and BTS single-family schemes.
Alongside direct development, he brings more than 10 years of consulting experience, advising on feasibility, development strategy, capital structuring, execution planning, and investor positioning to optimise asset performance and long-term value. Mahmoud has held multiple Director-level roles, contributing senior leadership across investor relations, capital raising, and performance reporting.
He oversees investor communications, prepares detailed reports and presentations, coordinates closely with asset and portfolio managers, and leads RFP and due-diligence processes for investments, fund launches, and institutional fundraising. His background enables him to deliver clear insights into market dynamics, portfolio risk, and asset optimisation, supporting transparency and AUM growth.
