This site was an unconditional purchase of two separate dwellings in the heart of Chelsea.

 

Planning permission was gained to amalgamate the two dwellings into one large town house along with the creation of extra floor space.  

We managed the design and construction budgets to create a beautifully designed and newly refurbished Grade II listed Victorian townhouse.

 

The house was sympathetically restored to retain a host of original and period decorative features, whilst integrating the latest technology suitable for a modern lifestyle.

The site was purchased subject to the division of a large unusable space into two separate titles. Planning permission was gained to create two mordern luxury apartments.

The design and construction was managed to overcome significant licensing requirements and restricted access.  

A two bedroom lateral apartment was created to provide luxurious and modern living space which was converted from an eight bedroom flat.

 

Inspiration was taken from the New York loft apartments and contemporary art galleries.
